We had a mix of experiences during our stay. The location of the resort was beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the views were stunning. However, the hot water situation was quite concerning, and some of the service left much to be desired, particularly during our breakfast experience. Overall, while we appreciated the natural beauty and amenities, the service issues affected our experience.
